Step 1: Part with your money
(and no haggling allowed)
You part with the pounds - straight through the website and I promptly lock everything in. Prices are fixed, no “mate’s rates” allowed, and they can shift at any moment without warning, so best grab the deal when you see it. Once you've clicked 'buy', the ship has sailed - refunds are off the table. Can't stomach paying it all at once? PayPal instalments are available.
Alright, here's the deal.
Pay once, properly and securely, and you're officially in.
Want to spread the cost? PayPal instalments are available. I'm flexible. I'm not a bank.
Prices are fixed. No haggling, no mate's rates and no "I'll pay you next Friday".
Once you've paid, the sale is final and refunds aren't available. So make sure you've chosen the right service before you part with your money. I don't do same-day CVs, emergency rewrites or "I need this tonight" jobs.
Step 2: I Say hello, You Share your details
(yes, an actual conversation - the useful stuff)
You'll get an email from me with a link to my Calendly. Pick a time that works for you and we'll have a proper chat. No questionnaire the length of War and Peace. No AI interview. No passing you to someone else. Just you and me, talking through your career, what you're applying for and what your CV needs to do. You will need to email me your essentials (contact details, employment history, education, current CV if you’ve got one) prior.
Step 3: I get to work
(this is where I earn my money)
Once we've spoken, I get on with it. I take everything you've told me, dig through your experience and start writing. No template gets dragged out. No AI gets asked to "make it sound more professional". No junior writer gets handed your CV. It's me. I'll turn the good stuff you've done into a CV that actually makes people want to keep reading. If you've booked LinkedIn too, I'll rewrite that so it doesn't look like your CV and LinkedIn were written by two completely different people.
Step 4: You get your CV
(and then you can annoy me for 12 months)
I'll send everything over for you to read. Don't like something? Tell me. Want something changed? Tell me. Got a new job you're applying for six months later? Tell me. Your package comes with unlimited revisions for 12 months, plus telephone support. I'm not disappearing the second I've sent you a Word document. You've got me for the next year.
