The Not-So-Small Print (But Worth Reading!)

All prices listed on the website are fixed - no haggling, no bartering, no "mate’s rates."
Prices can change at any time without prior notice, so if you spot a deal you like, grab it!
Payments must be made directly through the website. For custom orders, payment will be taken via Anna Money (trust me, it’s easier for everyone).
Once you've purchased a service, there are no refunds - so please be sure before you hit 'buy'.
For PayItMonthly clients, a signed delivery agreement will be required to confirm everything's official and above board.

Stealing or unauthorised copying is NOT allowed and will be reported faster than you can say "copycat."

How I Handle Your Information (with Care, Promise)

To complete your order, I’ll need to collect personal information - things like your contact details, education, employment history, or your current CV.
If that information isn’t ready when you place your order, don’t panic.
I’ll either get in touch to ask for it, or (if it’s just a small missing detail) I’ll point it out when I send your completed order.

Important: It’s YOUR responsibility to have your information ready when purchasing. Help me to help you get the best results, as smoothly and quickly as possible!

Important (but not too boring) Information

About Your Order:

I aim to deliver your CV on time, every time - but if something slows things down (like missing information from you or a sudden black hole of available time), I’ll let you know straight away. No ghosting here, promise. I'll have a chat and sort out the next steps together.

Your new CV will be delivered in both Microsoft Word and PDF format to the email address you provided when you placed your order.

Important tip: if you haven’t sent me all the info I need, I’ll only be able to send you the Word version until everything's sorted. PDFs don’t magically create themselves (I wish they did).

Once your CV lands in your inbox, I’ll assume we’re done and dusted - unless you tell me otherwise. If you’d like any tweaks, I recommend sending your changes clearly in an email to adam@fac3uk.co.uk or adam@rewritemycv.co.uk (bonus points for bullet points and polite enthusiasm).

If I think your adjustments might need a rethink (based on my experience of what works), I’ll let you know - always with your best interests at heart.

I aim to complete any requested tweaks (whether they’re new or within your 12-month update window) within 3–5 working days. Please note: same-day magic or weekend writing isn’t available!
